Frequently Asked Questions
Is Symphony Towers Infrastructure a mobile operator or carrier?
No, we focus on cell tower site real estate management, lease sales, and related partnerships.
How much will Symphony Towers Infrastructure pay for the lease on my cell tower?
It depends. Your asset is like any other piece of real estate and 2 towers that look the same can have very different values based on a number of factors, including the current monthly rent, lease escalations, location, etc. The starting point for any offer is to take a look through the lease agreement to understand the terms.
How long will it take Symphony Towers Infrastructure to submit an official offer on my cell tower lease buyout?
Typically, once we have all the necessary information it takes about 1-2 days to receive an offer. Closing the transaction can be as quick as 30 days!
Does Symphony Towers Infrastructure take a lien on my property?
No. We purchase an easement, which is quite common and recorded on your property’s title chain—something that gives clear information to a potential buyer if you decide to sell the property later! The easement gives us the rent from your lease, but it is not the same as, say, a tax lien, which comes from a claim for unpaid money and can be a problem if you go to sell.
How do I know Symphony Towers Infrastructure can quickly fund the lease buyout transaction?
Symphony Towers Infrastructure is well capitalized and all transactions are paid in cash at closing.
Does the ownership of the underlying property go to Symphony Towers Infrastructure?
No, you’ll still be the owner. The easement lets us take the rent from the lease and put on new tenants or renew existing ones, but it doesn’t make us the owner.
What happens to my asset after Symphony Towers Infrastructure acquires the rights to it?
It’s simple: your leased property will continue to be used for wireless communications, just as before. Symphony Towers Infrastructure will handle all lease renewals and negotiations with wireless tenants—eliminating that hassle for you.
What if I change my mind? Can I take the rent back from Symphony Towers Infrastructure?
No. Think of it like this: you’re selling the rent on your property because you can get top dollar up front. Symphony Towers Infrastructure is paying a lump sum for the future rent that comes from the site. That lump sum is then your money to do with as you wish! In exchange, once the rent stream has been sold, it is owned by Symphony Towers Infrastructure.
What happens if i try to sell my property?
Our easement will not prevent you from selling your property. It simply passes to the next owner.
