Inside Towers: A Conversation with Symphony Towers President & COO Jason Hirsch

Jason Hirsch Featured in Inside Towers Executive Interview

Symphony Towers President & COO Jason Hirsch sat down with Inside Towers contributing analyst Paul Heine for an in-depth executive interview covering the company’s growth strategy, what makes its model distinct in the tower ecosystem, and how emerging technologies like low Earth orbit satellites fit into the future of wireless infrastructure.

Hirsch, who spent 25 years at American Tower before joining Symphony Towers, spoke to the vision driving the company forward: building the most sophisticated, operationally excellent private tower enterprise in the country, one that grows not just in scale, but in the quality of its partnerships and the value it delivers across the ecosystem.

A Differentiated Model

Unlike many companies that focus on either tower ownership or easement origination, Symphony Towers does both at scale, allowing it to serve a broader range of clients and structure deals others can’t. With 3,000+ sites across all 50 states, the company provides carriers with scale, geographic reach, and a single strategic relationship.

Acquiring and Optimizing, Not Building

Hirsch described Symphony Towers’ approach as acquiring assets and making them “Mona Lisas”, a term coined by AMT’s late founder Steve Dodge, through operational excellence, hyper-focused carrier relationships, and strategic lease management. The company is actively pursuing individual site deals and portfolio-level acquisitions ranging from rooftops to freestanding tower structures across the U.S.
