As Director of Asset Management, Nick Tzavis brings a unique blend of experience. Nick pursued a degree in Economics from Binghamton University, and his real estate career began when he assumed the role of Leasing Associate at a prominent student apartment complex.

Over subsequent years, Mr. Tzavis climbed the ranks of the apartment management industry. Starting as a Leasing Associate, he rapidly advanced through the roles of Property Manager, Operations Specialist, and Director of Operations within a growing national apartment management company.

In 2021, Mr. Tzavis’ experience in property management and leasing seamlessly transitioned into his current role at Symphony Towers. Mr. Tzavis’ team oversees all leasing and property management efforts for Symphony’s portfolio of assets and manages the long-term relationships with our partner site owners and customers. His ability to devise efficient procedures underscores his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving value to Symphony’s assets.
