Mr. Hirsch brings 25 years of experience at American Tower Corporation (“ATC”). He played a vital part in ATC’s growth, and his leadership was significant throughout his tenure. Mr. Hirsch held a breadth of executive positions spanning real estate operations/strategy, corporate development/M&A, global strategy, and oversight of ATC’s corporate investment committee process and procedures. He was one of the industry pioneers in land lease originations and a key member of ATC’s integration team for the landmark Spectrasite merger in 2005. Mr. Hirsch was directly responsible for the deployment of >$1 billion in capital for tower M&A and land lease-related transactions and supported the company’s evaluation of >$20 billion of deal opportunities globally. He co-led ATC’s Series B and PIPE/SPAC investments in AST SpaceMobile in 2020/2021 and Series Seed investment in Swift Solar in 2019.

Most recently, Mr. Hirsch led a diversified holdings platform at a prominent boutique family office in the Greater Boston Area underwriting its private direct investments, including participation in the Series Seed round of NET Recovery. The NET Device is a transcranial alternating current stimulator (tACS) that the FDA cleared in May 2024 as a treatment alternative for opioid use disorder (OUD), addressing an unmet need to stay opioid-free without medication.

Mr. Hirsch was a Member of the Department of Medicine Leadership Council at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Foundation Board Member at the Codman Academy Charter School in Dorchester, MA for several years. Mr. Hirsch graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Finance.
