Isaac Lipton joined Symphony Towers in 2020, as a member of the acquisitions team, eventually rising to the leadership team, serving as Director of Acquisitions. Now, as Head of Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions, Isaac and his team are focused on the sourcing and management of acquisitions via external partnerships in the telecommunications and real estate industry. Additionally, he leads strategic, large-scale M&A opportunities, including tower/easement portfolios and capital investments, driving scalable growth for the firm.

Mr. Lipton began his professional career as a commercial real estate broker with New York Multifamily at Marcus and Millichap, advising investors and sellers of rent stabilized multifamily assets in New York City. While at Symphony, Isaac has been involved in all facets of the firm’s growth and has played an integral role in the $1B+ of opportunities evaluated by the team.

As a former collegiate athlete at Boston University where he played lacrosse, Isaac enjoys finding time to watch the Patriots and Bruins with friends and family, as well as skiing out West.
