Mr. Partridge is an accomplished operations executive with nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications infrastructure industry. With a strong background in strategic operations, team leadership, and efficiency optimization, he has played a critical role in managing large-scale projects, improving operational workflows, and driving sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining Symphony Towers Infrastructure as Vice President of Operations in 2025, Mr. Partridge served as Director of Operations at Vertical Bridge, where he led regional operations and oversaw critical infrastructure initiatives from 2015 to 2024. During his tenure, he was instrumental in managing broadband and broadcast assets, and spearheading projects related to site development, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. A key contributor to the company’s environmental initiatives, Mr. Partridge played a leading role in advancing Vertical Bridge’s net neutrality, carbon neutrality, and net-zero compliance efforts.
